where do you rate  your A-physical well being, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
I rate my physical well being to be 7,  I can do better, I am not at my goal weight and I’m medication for hypertension, it would to nice to come off of the medication and begin to use alternative ways to control the hypertension.
My spiritual well being is rated an 8, I have always been spiritual in the aspect of world religion, I grew up a traditional catholic and have experience other traditional religions through friends and people I know and classes I taken, and it have made me more tolerant. Now, my faith is spiritual and I am a practicing Baptist, for that reason I am what is know as a Spiritual Baptist. I have learned a lot about myself and how I can help others through my experience and gifts.
Psychologically, I would rate myself an 8, I can still work on the stresses in my life, taking care of  elderly parents, juggling an education, keeping a home and family can be stressful I would like to better manage my life and I think that will help with the mental stress.

Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
Physical Goal: Lost 50 pounds in 6 months to a year.
Spiritual Goal: Practice more fasting and learn how to meditate better and more effective to help with my connection with myself and the creator. I want to help others with their healing processes.
Psychological Goal: Manage life through organization and meditation, it will help to relief my stress.

What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
I want to eliminate the fats, and sweets and exercise more, riding my bike, walking will help too. I think that eliminating those elements and incorporating the activity to burn fat I will help with my physical, psychological, and spiritual well being

  1. Imebet, I completely can relate to your goals, especially about being more organized. When I think of obstacles which hinder my path to wellness, the image it calls to my mind is a pile of paperwork cluttering up my kitchen counter. Reading your words really helps point that out to me and I am going to be more mindful about that. We have a small house and there are 4 of us in it - the clutter can really build up around here. Working on keeping that to a minimum will really help me achieve many of my other goals.

Peace to you for your journey, my friend.
